8th grade- trouble with guy?

This really sweet and cute guy just moved to my school from Korea at the beginning of the school year. We are both pretty smart so lucky me I got 6 out of 8 classes with him!! I'm friends with most of his friends as he is mine and we talk a lot. He offten flirts with me but he's kinda shy. I just found out a couple of weeks ago that he's moving back after this year. ='( I really like him and I think he likes me to, but If I ask him out some of my friends will feel ignored. (I no this because I have one friend that only really talks to me, Rebecca and when my other friend, Bre got a bf she kept complianing about how were unwanted now) but even though i no were only 13 i want to go out with him because he's leaving soon=( but I don't wanna ruin my friendship with some of my closest friends!! ='( what do you think I should do?
