Facebook post: Is he just being friendly? Why?

I was talking to this guy for a few weeks. (Both 16) We were dating without it being 'official'. Long story short, he tried having sex with me, I said no because I told him before I was a virgin and I'm not losing it until I'm in a serious long term relationship. My friend without my knowledge texted him, calling him out. He texted me 'Okay were done. Sorry I cant give you another chance at it. Some # texted me assuming that I wanted to have sex with you so no sorry.' We haven't talked since then, and I've heard he's hooked up with two other girls with a sketchy reputation. Today he wrote this on my Facebook wall: "how have u been i have reallly talked to u since idk oh yea when bre started talking a bunch of shitt like a immateur little kid. But hows my favorite "6ft" western dance star lol" Translation please? Is he just being friendly or is he trying to get back with me? How should I respond?
